I will then give you a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what's going on in the character's heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the fic, lots of awful puns, and anything else that you'd expect to find on a DVD commentary track.

No, I don't really mind talking about this one - I think I quite like it now. But yeah, I did avoid the squick like the plague, as you can see. I'm just glad you liked it too.
And well, I could make some rumblings about why don't you post _that_ Romana/Biroc fic, if you haven't already, but I wont... It is really good though, you know.
