Fic: Battlelines, Part 15.

So, we finally get to see something of the mysterious Melehan and Melou that we have previously heard so much about, and the Doctor finally makes an appearance in the story. Sort of. It doesn't look like one of his more successful adventures, anyway. I also try to address one issue a lot of people have with Battlefield; namely that there is no place for magic in Doctor Who. Oh, and some medieval-type debauchery and sexism, which I hope doesn't offend too greatly; these are medieval folk we're talking about, though. And be warned: Here Be Dragons:

I wish I were writing fic right now instead of a paper that needs to be finished by noon tomorrow. Any advice on how to write eight pages in one night (10 hours)?
