A Final Thought Re The 2011 Doctor Who Xmas Special [SPOILERS!]
The bit at the end with Eleven and the Ponds (and glad they're still going by that moniker, at least as regards Eleven, rather than the Williamses, as The God Complex suggested) was as fluffy as a very, very fluffy thing invented by a very fluffy lamb recently appointed to the chair of Fluffiness Studies at the University of Oxford (as Captain Blackadder might say), but it was my second favourite bit of the whole story after the showing-the-kids-round-the-house bit. I'm a sap.
Anyway, though, on reflection I find myself strongly leaning towards the suggestion by a couple of people on my flist, in particular

And very much in keeping with one of the main themes of "S6b", and especially the God Complex again, but this story was very much about the terrible dangers of associating with the Doctor in any capacity, wasn't it? Even when he's trying to show you a good time, it doesn't take much for things to tip over into danger/horror.
Oh, and Eleven's line about "what do they teach you in those schools these days?" was quoted more or less verbatim from The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, wasn't it? Just picked up on that.
