Fic: Fearful Symmetry, Pt 5: A Time for Reflection

Mainly talking and Eleven/Romana-ness in this part, and not a lot of stuff for Amy and Rory to do, but hopefully normal service will be resumed in the next chapter. Trying to find an explanation here for how Romana could possibly have survived the Time War without showing up until now. References here to the Four-era stories State of Decay and Warriors' Gate. The term "Yssgaroth" comes from the NA novels I think, but was really picked up and run with by Lawrence Miles in his Faction Paradox universe.
