It wouldn't be a proper Who anniversary if Four wasn't either mysteriously absent or turned up unexpectedly at the last minute, so that seems strangely fitting. I will watch City of Death or something if and when I get to that gap in Tales of the TARDIS. I don't know if Tom Chadbon is still working, but if so they should have just had Duggan recounting his unlikely Paris adventure...! XD
