Yes, all the streaming services can make things so hard to get hold of! We're lucky, because of course, it's still a BBC production, so we've just got this absolute mass of stuff up free on the iPlayer suddenly. The Tales of the TARDIS link above is the full set of new material, though, so you can at least definitely have that. <3 I think other US friends have been saying that all of classic Who is up free on something called Tubi now, if that's of any use to you for the old stuff, if not unfortunately the new!

Happy Thanksgiving & I hope you manage to sort out ways and means of obtaining DW, despite all the streaming complications.

ETA: Oh, if you are looking for the new stuff, there's also a little documentary called Talking Doctor Who which is a collection of archive interviews with classic Who Doctors, fronted by David Tennant, who's also watching some of them and commenting on them.
