Given that that right-on lefty Seven would be absolutely spinning in his morgue drawer at the idea of Eleven hugging a certain mid-20th-Century British political figure, and that Three once unwisely claimed to be personal friends with Chairman Mao, my question is...

Does the Doctor have political opinions, and do they vary from regeneration to regeneration, like some of his other character traits?
