Date: 2013-04-30 09:44 pm (UTC)1. I actually like "Series 1 Rose" quite a lot, and feel near equal antipathy towards "Series 2 and subsequent Rose", so...that sort of evens out in the middle, doesn't it?
2. I think the way she relates to Nine appeals to me a lot; they have a very easy, genuinely friendly relationship at times and she never seems to really be in awe of him or to take him too seriously...except when he decides to get weird and alien with her from time to time.
3. Anything where Rose, Nine and Captain Jack are all on screen together - I think they're one of the better TARDIS-crews of the new series, unfortunately a very short-lived one. I like their interactions. Asked to pick a particular "bit", probably where they first team up together in the hospital in The Doctor Dances. It's a good scene.
4. When she comes back at the end of S4, she's got really nice teeth... ;D
5. Thanks to incautious past fanfiction reading, yes. Yes, I have.
6. I don't know about falling in love, I think she grew on me throughout S1 of New Who...but then seriously outstayed her welcome come S2. I don't even think the character changed that much, but the way her relationship with the Doctor was written after he regenerated from Nine into Ten just severely got up my nose. But then, S2 is my least favourite series of NuWho by quite some way in any case.
7. I'm not a big one for Doctor-shipping (with one obvious exception, as you may have noticed), but I can get behind the idea of Nine and Rose and Captain Jack all shacked up in some sort of OT3-sort-of arrangement. Those crazy kids.
