Fic: The Volteze Falcon, Part Four: Captain Jack Harkness

So, on we go. Jack is the main character in this part, and I try to take into account all that he went through in Children of Earth, and how it might have affected his character. I understand that not everybody enjoyed that story and/or wants to consider it canon, but I did, for what it's worth, and I hope my referencing it here doesn't ruin this chapter for some people. So, be warned; possible CoE spoilers! Also, more about the mysterious Kobayashi Unimportant and who he might be and what his game is; I suspect I may give the game away totally in this part, but hopefully not. And some stuff that might not make a whole lot of sense if you haven't seen the recent SJA story "The Mad Woman in the Attic", but hopefully that won't spoil people's enjoyment.

I do need to read this, but I'll have to watch the SJA episode first.

I don't know if you do, really, but it might explain some seemingly strange things in the story. If you do read it, I'd love to know what you thought of it. ;D
