Because I haven't done a lj meme for a while. I got this one from akashasheiress .

Give me a character from any fandom, tv show, movie, book you know that I know and I will tell you:

Hmm, if it was "Ace", it would involve overwhelming odds, I imagine, and probably singlehandely taking down the Alliance with him... Actually, the interactions between him and the other crew members would be comedy gold. Ace Rimmer and Jayne in the same room... ;D

LOL - it's obligatory! I could see Kaylee being smitten by him and Simon getting all resentful. Meanwhile, Ace and Mal and Zoe and Jayne are feeling like some cigar-chomping big damn heroes after their latest thrilling escapade, when suddenly River says something like "Holly, get the puncture repair kit!" - "Ace"'s voice suddenly jumps about an octave as he wig starts to slip... ;D
